Job description

Growing distribution business in Auburn, Mass is looking for an energetic and dependable individual to join our HR team as a Full-Time Payroll Clerk.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage Employee Records via payroll management system
  • Verify timesheets in automated Netsuite WFM portal
  • Process bi-weekly payroll via Netsuite/Oracle
  • Create customized reporting based on company needs
  • ACA Tracking and Reporting
  • Other administrative duties as assigned by HR Manager

Qualifications

  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft office, especially advanced excel
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to problem solve
  • Ability to work to meet weekly deadlines
  • Organized and attentive to detail
  • OUTSTANDING attitude, and demeanor!
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity at all times
  • Associates Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration
  • Knowledge of Multi-State compliance & Localized tax experience a plus
  • Netsuite/Oracle experience preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years prior payroll clerk experience required
