Job description

Timi's Tours is looking for a detail-driven, people-first Customer Service Agent to join our team in Moweaqua, IL. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position with a company that has been delivering premium group travel experiences since 2006.


In this role, you'll be at the heart of what makes a great tour, managing the booking process from first inquiry to departure day. You'll coordinate hotel accommodations, attractions, restaurants, airfare, and all the moving pieces in between, while serving as a primary point of contact for our guests. What You'll Do

  • Book clients onto existing tours and manage all reservation details
  • Confirm and coordinate hotels, attractions, dining, airfare, and other trip components
  • Communicate proactively with clients throughout the booking and pre-trip process
  • Build and maintain vendor and supplier relationships
  • Handle multiple itineraries simultaneously with accuracy and care
