What You'll Do:

We are seeking a seasoned IT Manager of Housing Applications (ERP) to lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of our ERP platforms. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless business operations, enhancing user experience, and aligning technology solutions with Century Communities' strategic goals.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and execute a forward-looking ERP strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of ERP professionals to ensure high performance and accountability.
  • Oversee ERP system upgrades, customizations, and integrations with other business systems.
  • Ensure data consistency and operational efficiency across platforms.
  • Continuously assess and optimize ERP performance and user experience.
  • Design and deliver training programs for end-users.
  • Provide hands-on support and issue resolution to maintain system reliability.
  • Establish and promote ERP best practices across the organization.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor service levels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure ERP solutions integrate seamlessly with business processes.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance ERP capabilities and maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Perform other duties as needed or assigned.

What You Have:

  • Proven experience managing ERP systems and leading technical teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Newstar and BuildPro platforms (preferred).
  • Demonstrated success in ERP implementation, migration, and optimization.
  • Strategic mindset with excellent project management and prioritization skills.
  • Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms, DocuSign, InformXL is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.

Your Education and Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years in ERP management, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Experience with Newstar and BuildPro platforms is a plus.
  • Experience in the housing or construction industry is a plus.

Compensation:
Century Communities (the "Company") intends to offer the selected candidate an annual base salary in the range of $120,000 - $140,000 with the potential for an annual bonus. Actual offers will be based on a variety of factors, including experience. Employees will have access to paid time off, medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance and the Company's 401(k) plan.
