Job description

Motorcycle Sales Associate, Triumph Cleveland

Cleveland, OH | Full-Time

Start Here: If you need reminders to follow up or let leads sit, this will not work. If you manage your pipeline daily, stay on top of your communication, and take ownership of your results, keep reading.

What You Own: You will sell new and pre-owned Triumph motorcycles. Most conversations start before a rider walks in. You are expected to pick them up, move them forward, and close. You will work your CRM every day and carry deals from first contact through delivery. You will not be micromanaged, but you will be measured. Your output is yours to manage.

What This Takes: You are working with riders who already have intent. Some are ready now. Some are not. The difference is in how you follow up, how you communicate, and whether you move the deal forward or let it stall. Your pipeline will reflect your habits.

What You're Stepping Into: If you read this and it sounds like how you already operate, apply. We have already proven it on the e-commerce side. Now we are building a dealership that operates at that same level, one riders go out of their way to work with. That does not happen by accident. It takes people who show up, stay consistent, and close.

If you want to be part of building that, I want to meet you.
