This is a hands-on creative role where you'll develop compelling marketing assets that elevate some of the industry's most recognized brands. From digital campaigns and product launches to packaging, event graphics, catalogs, and social media content, your work will directly impact brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and sales.

Position Overview
As a Graphic Designer, you'll create visually engaging marketing materials across a diverse portfolio of industry-leading brands. Working closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, eCommerce, and Brand teams, you'll develop creative solutions that connect with both dealer partners and consumers while maintaining consistent brand standards across every touchpoint.

What You'll Do
  • Design marketing assets across print, digital, web, social media, email, packaging, retail, and event channels.
  • Support new product launches, seasonal promotions, brand campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop dealer-facing sales materials that help drive product sales and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Create consumer-focused creative that builds brand awareness and drives traffic to dealer partners.
  • Maintain and evolve brand standards across multiple brands and product categories.
  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, copywriters, marketers, product managers, and sales teams to bring campaigns to life.
  • Balance multiple creative projects, deadlines, and priorities while maintaining exceptional quality.
  • Contribute fresh ideas and innovative thinking to marketing campaigns and creative initiatives.
  • Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience in an in-house marketing department, agency, or brand environment.
  • Exceptional portfolio showcasing strong design fundamentals and marketing-focused creative work.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, and related applications.
  • Experience designing for both digital and print environments.
  • Strong understanding of typography, branding, layout, color theory, and production processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Mac operating systems.
  • Experience with image manipulation, retouching, and color correction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
