The Position
The Director of Growth leads and grows our marketing and sales operations, so that Savas Labs maximizes the impact we have on the missions our clients serve and the visions they hope to realize. You own how we reach the organizations we can help most, and build the systems and teams that optimize our ability to do so.
Savas has proudly served our clients for over a decade. In the last year, we have evolved our offering substantially, rebranding and incorporating products and AI strategy as the primary means by which we're providing more value to our clients.
You will partner closely with our founder/CEO on strategy and execution.

San Francisco or New York City. This role must be based in one of those two metros.
Compensation
This is a salaried, full-time employee position with benefits. Base salary is $160,000 to $175,000 per year, depending on experience, plus commission.
On-target earnings are $250,000.
Responsibilities
  • Own strategy and performance for all product and service offerings, helping to find who would most benefit from them, how we reach them, and how best to serve them
  • Optimize existing processes and help validate new marketing and sales motions, and measure performance
  • Build the sales system: playbooks, call structure, CRM discipline, proposal standards, and the handoff to delivery
  • Hire, develop, and lead the team
  • Engage in direct sales
About you
You:
  • have 10+ years in leadership, with meaningful time in an agency, consultancy, or comparable services business
  • have run sales, marketing, or both
  • have built systems, and managed performance within them
  • are a clear, direct communicator who can represent our voice well in person and in writing
  • keep up with tools and trends
Bonus points for

  • Having helped to strategize and establish new lines of business
