Position Summary
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting and executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support company growth across multiple companies within our organization.
This role combines content creation, social media management, paid advertising, email marketing, website management, and marketing analytics.
Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
  • Assist in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
  • Support lead generation efforts through digital marketing initiatives
  • Track campaign performance and key marketing metrics
  • Assist with SEO initiatives and website optimization
  • Support email marketing campaigns and customer communication efforts
Social Media & Content Creation
  • Create and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Capture photos and videos of projects, employees, and company events
