Job description

Status: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Service Model: Open Access

Position Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Clinician to provide full-time, open-access mental health intake services. This role serves as a key entry point for individuals seeking behavioral health care by conducting timely, comprehensive mental health assessments and facilitating appropriate referrals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct same-day/open-access mental health intakes and assessments
  • Complete biopsychosocial evaluations and clinical documentation
  • Assess risk, including suicidality and safety concerns, and respond appropriately
  • Determine level of care and make internal and external referrals as needed
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record
  • Provide brief clinical interventions and psychoeducation as appropriate

Work Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (no evenings or weekends)

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Active state licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
