Platinum Dining Group is a full-service hospitality group based in northern Delaware and Chester County, Pennsylvania. Seven restaurants, an “any event” catering company, and a fine-goods retail market all reside under the PDG umbrella. Platinum Dining Group has a rare opportunity!  We are looking for someone to fill a General Manager position.  Our preferred candidate would be someone with at least 2-3 years as a General Manager in a high-volume refined dining restaurant. We are searching for the right person to actively embody, inspire, and elevate the values of Platinum Dining Group!

A Platinum Dining Group general manager is responsible for overseeing all of the restaurant's operations, which includes (but not limited to) hiring staff, purchasing food & beverage, supplies and equipment, and working with suppliers and vendors. The GM ensures the standards and reputation of the brand while enhancing guest satisfaction. He/she will create a positive atmosphere and restaurant for our guests and staff. He/she will support the daily operations including (but not limited to) opening and closing procedures, guest and employee relations, service, and menu Q&A, overseeing all managers and chefs. This position actively embodies, inspires, & elevates the values of Platinum Dining Group by connecting with each guest in a way to create and maintain customer loyalty.

ALSOall General Managers' schedules have two consecutive days off with one day on the weekend!
