Job description

The primary purpose of your position is to maintain the grounds, facility, equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by your supervisor, to assure that a successful maintenance program is maintained at all times.

Essential Job Duties:

1. Ensure all Maintenance schedules are followed.

2. Check Maintenance boards daily for needed repairs.

3. Assist with drills, and tests.

4. Complete log sheets for equipment.

5. Participate in assigned training.

6. Perform routine Maintenance on grounds, and parking areas.

7. Paint rooms as needed.

8. Assist with moving and lifting of misc. items.

9. Be on call at times.

10. Be able to complete tasks without supervision.

Requirements:

1. Must have a general knowledge of maintenance

2. Must have a clean background and driving record

3. Must have a Driverโ€™s License

4. Must be at least 18 years old

5. Must be able to use general tools
