Today we are looking for a Full Time - Year Round Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Quarry Apartments in Decatur, IL!

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years' experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent (we can train you!)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position
This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check and drug screening.
Valid driver's license required.
A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
