As Counsel within PNC's Corporate Governance organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Philadelphia, PA, Washington, DC, Cleveland, OH or Birmingham, AL.
This role would primarily provide legal advice and support to the Retail Operations team focused on third party process, including subpoenas and garnishments.
Duties include day to day management of subpoena and garnishment matters; ongoing review and advice concerning existing processes and legal parameters used by the Retail Operations team to fulfill third-party service items; and management of litigation and regulatory enforcement matters that arise in the Retail Operations space.PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance.   • Identifies and manages legal risk for the organization.
  • Conducts research, provides procedural legal advice, and participates in the support and resolution of significant legal matters.
  • Provides enterprise perspective and partnership to inside and outside legal counsel.
  • Reviews and prepares transactional and other routine legal documentation.
