Business Litigation Counsel โ€“ Irvine, California

Direct Counsel is representing a reputable law firm seeking a Business Litigation Counsel to join its Irvine, California office. This is a non-partner track position with a reduced billable hour requirement and no expectation of business development or firm management. The role offers the opportunity to handle complex business disputes in a fast-paced and collaborative litigation environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience handling complex business litigation matters
  • Strong knowledge of civil procedure and significant courtroom
    experience
  • Experience taking and defending depositions and managing litigation cases
  • Preferred experience with consumer loan litigation, including contracts, loan agreements, wrongful foreclosure, and mortgage-related disputes
  • Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
  • Excellent academic credentials and superior written and oral advocacy skills

Compensation:
$235,000 โ€“ $290,000 per year, depending on experience
