Job description

Description
Luther Lanard, PC is a boutique law firm specializing in Franchise law. We are experiencing tremendous growth and are looking for a remote part-time litigation attorney with at least 5 years of prior business litigation experience (experience in Franchise law is a plus but not required).
Do you thrive in negotiation settings? Enjoy the variety and excitement of litigation? If having purpose in representing the "little guy" and going up against the large corporation stokes a fire in you, then come check us out!
You must have impeccable writing skills, a fervor for finding creative resolutions, and a desire to learn. We resolve most disputes without having to file a lawsuit or arbitration demand. This role is ideal for someone wanting to keep their skills sharp and stay honed in their craft, but need flexibility in their professional life.
Candidates must be able to work at least 70 hours a month, but we are open to both part-time and full-time candidates.
Responsibilities

• Expertise in persuasive negotiations, professional legal writing, and legal research
• Utilize independent problem-solving skills
• High Technical acumen (Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, LexisNexis, cloud-based applications, etc.)
• Experience utilizing AI is a plus
