Client sessions are often spread across the week to accommodate varying client needs and time zones, with dedicated periods for note-taking and session preparation. Balancing client-facing hours with self-care and business management is essential to avoid burnout and deliver high-quality support. Life coaches often collaborate with other professionals, such as therapists or career advisors, to provide comprehensive guidance to clients.
