We are a personal injury law firm that is growing fast. We are seeking an experienced Records Coordinator to become part of our team. Qualified candidates must be energetic, positive, and possess the ability to work independently. Spanish speaker is a big plus. Must have 1 years experience of plaintiff's personal injury law role to be considered. Working hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm. 
Responsibilities:
Request and obtain all medical records, medical bills, and affidavits.
Manage lien and subrogation matters.
Assist in medical lien negotiations.
Document any case expenses into our CasePeer System.
Interact daily with assigned clientele and Potential New Clients (PNC) to understand their needs which will provide more clarity for assigned attorney directions
Ensure clientele are receiving medical treatment if necessary and proper policies are being followed
File management encompassing keeping file organized and filing mail/faxes daily
Request investigation records and assist litigation team as necessary.
