• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique therapeutic needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, couples, and groups aimed at resolving a wide range of mental health issues.
• Foster a supportive therapeutic relationship while employing varied therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care, referring clients to additional services as necessary.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records that comply with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to remain updated on best practices and advancements in mental health care.

As an LPC at Privia Psychotherapy, you will serve a diverse population, including individuals seeking help for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience in a clinical setting.
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical frameworks guiding mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and related technologies.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use treatment is highly desirable.
• Previous experience working with a remote or hybrid therapeutic model.
• Familiarity with contemporary mental health research and practices.
