Full-Time Legal Intake Specialist
We're looking for dedicated and empathetic professionals to join our team as Intake Specialists. This role is a perfect fit for someone who excels at customer service and loves helping others. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of calls, ensuring each one is met with careful attention, a friendly voice, and a deep sense of empathy. This is an in-office position at our North Richland Hills office.
This is your chance to make a difference from day one! You'll use your sharp listening skills to gather information and your quick typing abilities to document interactions accurately. What we care about most is your can-do attitude and your genuine dedication to helping people. No need for prior customer service experience - we provide all the training you'll need to succeed. And, if you're bilingual, particularly in Spanish, that's a fantastic bonus!
This position is all about building relationships. You'll be the first friendly voice our clients encounter, and we count on you to set the tone. While you'll manage a high volume of calls, the key is to connect with each person on a personal level. You'll use your sharp listening skills to understand their needs and provide the supportive, professional experience they deserve, all while being the foundation of our client relationships.

  • You must be available to work a Saturday OR Sunday each week
