Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to inform treatment plans and interventions.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short-term therapy.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, as well as provide family and couples counseling.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and seminars to stay abreast of the latest mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve clients who face barriers to accessing traditional mental health services, offering support for various mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your expertise in diverse therapeutic modalities will help provide tailored care that resonates with a broad spectrum of clients from different backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• A thorough understanding of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with a healthcare team.
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and technologies relevant to mental health care.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in family therapy, couples counseling, substance misuse, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.
• Experience collaborating in a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.

Compensation and Benefits
