• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create a cohesive network of support for clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring a seamless record-keeping process.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions to stay informed on the latest mental health research and therapeutic methodologies.

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse patient population consisting of individuals and families seeking mental health support. Many of our clients come from underserved backgrounds and may present with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster rapport with a variety of clients.
• Proficiency with EMR software and technology essential for documentation and client management.

• Salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
