At Riverdale Behavioral Health, you will primarily serve a diverse clientele, including individuals and families who often have limited access to mental health resources. • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
  • A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting.
Preferred Experience

  • A solid understanding of legal and ethical guidelines relevant to mental health practice.
  • Proficient in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and related digital tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a team-oriented healthcare environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships with clients.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $70,000 and $90,000 annually, depending on experience and caseload capacity. In addition to a comprehensive salary, we provide:

  • Access to health, dental, and vision insurance plans.
  • Professional liability coverage.
  • Support with obtaining client referrals and managing billing and documentation workloads.
  • Opportunities for professional development and training.
