Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for one full-time Leasing Agent to join our team at Twin Lakes Apartments. This position is responsible for showcasing available units, guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, and supporting the overall success of the community. A PA Real Estate License is preferred but not required. If you don't have one, we will pay for you to get one! Role and Responsibilities:

  • Show and lease apartments to interested parties.
  • Run tenant applications.
  • Assist with rent collection.
  • Daily customer service with our tenants - work order requests, communications, etc.
  • Various data entry.


Requirements

  • Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry is a plus but not required.
  • PA Real Estate License is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.ย 
  • Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation.
  • High School Diploma/GED.
