Serve as a trusted point of contact for corporate clients and a key partner to Account Managers and broader team, delivering highโquality, responsive support that enhances the overall client experience. This role is responsible for executing client orders on behalf of Account Managers and directly with clients.ย Managing dayโtoโday client inquiries, and ensuring seamless coordination across teams. Working closely with Account Managers, the role proactively supports client engagement efforts, including migration of accounts to the online platform, KYC Refresh, outreach to inactive or lessโactive clients, helping to strengthen relationships, drive activity, and identify opportunities for deeper engagement. Through strong collaboration, attention to detail, and a clientโfirst mindset, this role plays a critical part in supporting client satisfaction, retention, and longโterm growth.
Education:
- Bachelorโs degree in a related field or equivalent

Knowledge and Experience:
- Proven experience in the financial industry
- Experience in supporting corporate clients and account management
- Working within a multichannel pressurised environment

This is a full-time, permanent position. The role is expected to be office-based in Providence, RI or Stamford, CT , however, we have a flexible working policy which enables you to work up to 2 days from home.ย ย
