Job Summary:

The Junior Project Manager will support cross-functional initiatives across customer operations, customer success, finance & billing, and internal business operations, ensuring projects are organized and executed effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and track cross-functional projects across customer success, operations, finance, and internal initiatives
• Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Monitor task completion and proactively follow up with stakeholders
• Support client-facing project coordination and onboarding processes
• Assist with billing, invoicing, documentation, and operational reporting
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose improvements
• Use project management software (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Monday, etc.) to manage task flow
• Leverage AI tools to automate tracking, reporting, documentation, and communication
• Prepare executive summaries and internal performance updates
• Jump in where needed — this role floats across departments
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree required
