MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Medical Operations & Plans Officerto join our team in Oahu, HI.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Plans and directs medical support activities and provides disaster preparedness training for healthcare response teams.
  • Prepare detailed emergency medical procedures for a variety of crisis scenarios including expeditionary missions.
  • Authorize and validate technical planning artifacts and coordinate resource allocation across multiple medical departments.
  • Leads the day-to-day coordination of casualty evacuation teams and specialized medical platforms in theater.
  • Oversee the integration of novel medical planning tools and recommend process improvements to increase the efficiency of medical support networks.
  • Validate medical after-action reports and develop tactical procedures to mitigate theater-wide medical risks.
  • Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • BA/BS in a relevant discipline or a related field
  • 10+ years of position relevant experience
  • Advanced technical certifications in medical management.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with the Joint Operation Planning and Execution System (JOPES)
  • Familiarity with USSOCOM medical mission profiles.

Clearance Requirement:
  • Must hold an active TS/SCI clearance

Physical Requirements:
  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $156,400.00-$279,500.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, MANTECH invests in its employees beyond just compensation.
