Due to continued business growth and new client acquisitions, we are seeking a motivated Account Specialist / Customer Service Representative to join our team.
After completing training, you will primarily manage three Japanese-speaking corporate accounts while serving as the main point of contact for customer support and logistics coordination.
During the training period, you will gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations—including order processing, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management—to develop a solid understanding of logistics operations and provide effective solutions to clients.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy customer service, logistics, and working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Account Management

  • Manage assigned corporate customer accounts
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
  • Coordinate with vendors and transportation companies
  • Communicate with headquarters in Japan
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Update and maintain internal operating systems
  • Assist with process improvements and operational support
Logistics & Warehouse Operations
