Pastry Chef - Full Time
Saint Louis Club | 7676 Forsyth Boulevard

Join the culinary team at Saint Louis Club, a prestigious full-service restaurant known for its exceptional dining experience. As a Pastry Chef, you will play a vital role in creating exquisite desserts and pastries that delight our members and guests. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity and passion for pastry arts in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, and breads to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and implement innovative dessert menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and trends.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in pastry techniques and best practices.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role within a full-service restaurant.
