Job description

We are looking for experienced Insurance Adjusters interested in switching sides and representing insureds as a Public Adjuster within our growing team. This role focuses on handling property damage claims in Pennsylvania and Central/Southern New Jersey.

Appropriate licensing/bonds are required. Please forward a copy of your Adjuster’s License along with your resume.

Compensation: Salaried + incentives, based on experience.

Experience & Requirements

  • 1-3 years’+ experience as a property adjuster or 1-3+ years of insurance claim restoration experience.
  • Adjuster’s License and Bond (if applicable) required.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter who can work independently with strong team support.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
  • Quick with technology: emails, photos, and photo upload are a must.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Self-motivated skilled negotiator, able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of property insurance policies and their interpretation.
  • Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.
  • Knowledge of residential and commercial construction.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Property policy knowledge, scoping, and sketching.
  • Experience with Xactimate and writing property damage repair estimates is a must.
