  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager
  • Proven experience in nationwide recruiting
  • Knowledge of the industrial refrigeration/mechanical industry (preferred)

  • Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

In this HR and recruiting role, every day is an opportunity to make a difference. You'll start by reviewing recruitment activity and ensuring our hiring pipeline stays strong. From there, you'll manage all aspects of HR, such as overseeing benefits and insurance, guiding smooth onboarding experiences, and keeping policies on point. Your biggest mission? Recruiting top-tier industrial refrigeration technicians nationwide, building lasting relationships with candidates, and partnering with department heads to understand precisely what they need in their next team member. You'll keep our HR operations running seamlessly so our people can focus on what they do best.
