Job description

Summit Home Care is seeking a full time Human Resource Coordinator who is motivated, organized and detail oriented. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Onboarding new caregivers

  • Monitoring aide compliance

  • Organizing and maintaining files

  • Preparing documentation and submitting appropriately

  • Handling administrative requests from director

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Starting salary $24 - $26 per hour (depending on experience)

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Must speak fluent English AND fluent Spanish. If you don't speak fluent English and Spanish, please do not apply.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and general computer literacy

  • Experience with HHA Exchange a plus
