THE ROLE
Chetola Resort is seeking dependable and detail-oriented full-time Housekeeping Attendants to join our growing team. We are hiring for full-time positions (30+ hours per week). In this role, you will support the cleanliness and presentation of both the Lodge and our luxury Condominiums. Housekeeping Attendants play a vital role in ensuring that each guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment that reflects Chetola's high standards of service and hospitality. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy creating a noticeable impact each day. Weekend availability is required, and holiday availability is preferred.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Guest Experience & Room Care
  • Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to resort standards
  • Replenish linens, towels, toiletries, and other room amenities
  • Ensure all assigned spaces are clean, organized, and guest-ready
  • Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate department
  • Handle guest requests with courtesy and professionalism

Teamwork & Communication
  • Work collaboratively with other Housekeeping, Front Desk, and Maintenance team members
  • Follow daily task lists and cleaning schedules provided by the Housekeeping Manager
  • Maintain open communication with supervisors regarding room status and supply needs
  • Adhere to property policies, procedures, and confidentiality expectations

Safety & Sanitation
  • Follow all safety and sanitation protocols, including use of PPE and cleaning chemicals
  • Maintain housekeeping carts, closets, and workspaces in a tidy and secure manner
  • Uphold standards of cleanliness that reflect Chetola's luxury reputation
