Location: Jerry's Foods Hudson

Reports to: Assistant Store Director

Classification: Union1189 CM FT

Rate of Pay: $34.25 / hour

Hours: Sunday - Saturday, varied hours

Individuals applying for this position should be willing to:

  • Make lasting connections with our customers
  • Fill and rotate cases and displays (maybe some heavy lifting-up to 50lbs) while maintaining appropriate shrink
  • Assist with receiving products and merchandising to keep our shelves full and product fresh
  • Prioritize and establish work lists to maintain a steady amount of work for employees
  • Ensure all grocery employees are following store standards
  • Create and manage weekly work schedules for the entire team
  • Train and develop future Grocery Managers
  • Help maintain a clean and sanitary store
