Skill set : Contact Center Products/Utilities ,Genesys,Supply Chain Management ,Genesys,XML Technologies ,VXML

At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology

Preferred :

At least 4 years of experience in GVP (Genesys Voice Portal) development

At least 3 years of experience in JAVA, J2EE development

Experience in Avaya, VXML technology and SQL is a Plus.

Exposure to Routing Strategies like IRD, ORS is a Plus.

At least 3 years of experience in Software Development and Designing.

Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment

Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Communication and Analytical skills
