Job description

The Rack Clerk assists the Hotel Shift Manager by effectively managing the hotel inventory.
Duties:
  • Maintain positive, constructive working relationships with coworkers and guests.
  • Maintain strong communication with other departments to streamline hotel operations.
  • Effectively manage and control the hotel inventory to ensure maximum utilization.
  • Assist Hotel Shift Manager in executing shift reports.
  • Maintain ticket bank and Ticket Sales window.
  • Assist on the front line as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one-year front desk experience.
  • Minimum one-year customer service experience.
  • Minimum one-year experience in the operation of the AS/400 including the LMS and CMS programs.
