Sai Mental Health is a compassionate and client-focused behavioral health clinic dedicated to providing quality care and support to our patients. We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.

The Front Desk Receptionist plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our clients. This position is responsible for handling incoming calls, verifying insurance eligibility, managing client intake packets, and scheduling new patient appointments.

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Verify client insurance eligibility prior to scheduling appointments
  • Send, receive, and review client intake packets for completion
  • Schedule and confirm new patient appointments
  • Maintain organized and accurate client information in our system
  • Assist with front office administrative duties as needed
