Job description

JSK Hospitality is looking for a reliable Front Desk Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced hotel environment and takes pride in delivering excellent guest service. In this role you’ll lead the front desk team, coach associates, solve guest issues, and keep operations running smoothly during your shifts. Prior front desk or guest service leadership experience is required.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support Front Desk Associates to deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences
  • Oversee check-in, check-out, and reservation processes while maintaining brand standards
  • Handle guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Train, coach, and schedule front desk team members
  • Monitor and maintain front desk appearance, supplies, and cash handling procedures
  • Assist with daily reporting, shift handoffs, and communication with other departments
  • Support revenue efforts through upselling and promoting hotel services
  • Step in to cover the desk during peak times or when staffing is short
  • Uphold safety, security, and emergency procedures

Requirements Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1–2 years of front desk or guest service experience in a hotel or similar environment
  • Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred but strong leadership potential considered
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer skills and comfort with property management systems
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs when needed
