Position Summary Information
Responsibilities
  • Assist with coaching and instruction of student-athletes within the football program.
  • Recruit, evaluate, and retain prospective student-athletes in accordance with NCAA, conference, and institutional regulations.
  • Assist with practice planning, game preparation, scouting, and player development.
  • Promote the academic success, personal development, and well-being of student-athletes.
  • Maintain compliance with NCAA, conference, University, and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Assist with camps, clinics, fundraising activities, community engagement, and other program initiatives.
  • Support the daily operations of the football program and perform other duties as assigned by the Head Football Coach.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
Salary Commensurate with experience, qualifications, and university's resources. Minimum Qualifications
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Collegiate coaching and/or recruiting experience preferred.
  • Experience coaching the assigned position group preferred.
  • Knowledge of NCAA Division II rules and regulations preferred.
