Job Title: General Laborer
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Cherryville, NC
Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join our manufacturing team in Cherryville, NC. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment and take pride in being reliable team members. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, eager to learn, and committed to producing quality work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general labor duties to support daily manufacturing operations
  • Assist with assembly, material handling, packaging, and production tasks as assigned
  • Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
  • Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Inspect products and materials for quality as needed
  • Follow work instructions and production schedules
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
