  • Manage and hold the Transaction Team accountable for the end-to-end execution of projects under $100K.
  • Set the product training agenda for design staff to ensure specification decisions align with vendor capabilities.

  • Strong communication skills necessary for coordinating with designers, field staff, and external vendors.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Completion of technical training in commercial interiors, FF&E, or specialty finishes.
  • Working knowledge of freight logistics including Incoterms, FOB terms, and LTL shipping.
  • Demonstrated experience in a design-build firm, furniture dealership, or commercial general contracting.
  • Experience developing vendor scorecards, tiered sourcing strategies, or volume pricing programs.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary with variable performance bonuses up to 30%.
  • Comprehensive paid time off including holidays, vacation, and sick leave.
  • Hybrid work schedule providing a balance of remote flexibility and in-office collaboration.
  • Professional development through dedicated mentorship and ongoing training programs.
  • Opportunity to work for an established firm with a 75% repeat customer rate.
