Job description

The Wellness Way is a fast-growing health restoration company challenging the status quo and changing the way people think about healthcare. We create experiences that move people.

From large national seminars with hundreds of attendees to specialized trainings and destination events, we believe every event should reflect the energy, professionalism, and mission of our company. We are looking for a full-time Event Coordinator who can help execute high-level events with excellence from start to finish.

This role is for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to turn vision into execution. You'll work directly with leadership to coordinate logistics, solve problems in real time, manage moving pieces under pressure, and ensure every event delivers an exceptional experience. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, adaptable, and capable of owning the details without needing constant oversight.

Position Details

  • Full-time, in-office position
  • Travel required for off-site events
  • Salary range: $45,000 - $55,000 annually
  • Benefits: PTO, insurance (health, dental, vision, short term disability, long term disability, critical illness, accident), as well as complementary care at The Wellness Way Green Bay.

What You'll Do

You will coordinate and execute all events for The Wellness Way. This includes:

  • Our annual seminar with hundreds of attendees
  • Large destination events and golf trips
  • Specialized trainings and workshops
  • Leadership and board meetings
  • Chiropractic student events

You will receive direction from leadership regarding the vision and goals for each event, then take ownership of making that vision a reality through planning, logistics, communication, coordination, and execution.

Responsibilities

Manage venues, vendors, timelines, and event communication.

Anticipate problems before they happen and respond quickly when they do.

Ensure events run smoothly, professionally, and at a high standard.

Work directly with leadership to execute event vision and priorities.

Handle multiple projects and changing priorities simultaneously.

Support onsite event operations and attendee experience.

Maintain organization across budgets, deliverables, timelines, and event details.
