Job description

Purpose

Theย Enrollment Representativeย is responsible forย working with prospective students.ย ย They will actively manage and service a database of prospective students including outreach, conducting admissionsย meetings,ย and helping students complete the enrollment steps.ย ย ย 

  • Has a genuine passion for people, higher education, and the art community.ย 
  • Is a high-energy professional with exceptional relationshipย buildingย presentation,ย communicationย and organizational skills.ย 
  • Ensures exemplary services andย assistanceย are provided to engage prospective students with the college admissions process, which requires excellent time management skills and daily follow-up with inquiries and applicants.ย 
  • Ability to actively solve problems,ย identifyingย solutions to address prospective student concerns.ย 
  • Participates in recruiting events and other critical tasks as outlined by the Admissions Enrollment Manager.ย 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities (those that must be performed with or without an ADA Accommodation):

  • High volume daily outreach to prospective inquiries should result in rapport and relationship building, setting appointments, conducting admissionsย meetingsย and helping students apply to and matriculate to the college.ย 
  • Consistent follow-up with applicants to complete enrollment steps and address any concerns or needs.ย 
  • Continually seeks out knowledge to improve product awareness and provide a superior level of service.ย 
  • Participation in recruiting events and activities as assignedย ย 
  • Procurement of student referrals through strong relationship building.ย

  • Two (2) years' experience in student facing roles related to admissions, recruitment, higher education or sales.ย 
  • Track record of exceeding individual and team goals.ย

  • Self-motivated, adaptive, resilient, and embody integrity, always willing to do the right thing.ย 
  • Dynamic and innovative personality with a strong desire to connect with people.ย
