Enrollment Representative - Medicare Advantage (Healthcare Administration)
Location: Orange, CA (Hybrid opportunity after training)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
Pay: $21-$22/hour
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting members through the healthcare enrollment process? We are seeking Enrollment Representatives to join a growing healthcare organization focused on improving care and services for Medicare Advantage members.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in healthcare administration, insurance enrollment, data entry, or customer support who enjoys working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
What You'll Do:
- Accurately enter, review, and update Medicare Advantage enrollment applications
- Verify applicant eligibility while ensuring compliance with CMS guidelines
- Review applications for completeness, accuracy, and required documentation
- Process plan changes, denials, and special election requests as needed
- Identify and escalate enrollment discrepancies or errors following compliance procedures
- Perform quality checks on your own work to maintain accuracy standards
- Respond to questions from agents, brokers, and internal teams regarding enrollment status
- Occasionally make outbound calls to obtain missing information or resolve application issues
- Track productivity, turnaround times, and accuracy metrics
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- 1+ year of data entry, administrative, healthcare, insurance, or office experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Reliable attendance and ability to meet productivity goals
- Comfortable making occasional outbound calls
Preferred Experience:
- Medicare Advantage enrollment experience
- Health insurance or healthcare administration background
- Call center, claims, member services, or insurance operations experience
Role Details:
Location: Orange, CA (On-site during training; hybrid opportunity after approximately 1 month)
Hybrid schedule after training may include:
- Monday/Wednesday/Friday onsite
- Tuesday/Thursday remote
Training: 4 weeks, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
Post-training schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
Overtime may be required based on business needs, including extended weekday hours and occasional Saturdays
