E-Commerce Merchandising Associate

Job Summary: The E-Commerce Merchandising Associate will play a key role in supporting our on-line store's visual and strategic presentation. Working closely with the digital, product, and merchandising teams, this role will help ensure our product catalog, landing pages, and website are optimized to reflect our brand identity, product inventory levels, while driving performance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Digital Merchandising:
    • Assist in managing and organizing the online product catalog (product setup, variant management, imagery, tagging, etc.)
    • Support launches and merchandising updates across the Shopify Plus storefront
    • Help ensure product information, pricing, and content are accurate and visually aligned with luxury standards
    • Organize and refresh collection pages in coordination with product drops and seasonal campaigns.
    • QA product listings, banners, and pages for consistency across devices
  • CRO Support:
    • Assist with user behavior tracking analysis for product interaction (e.g., heatmaps, session recordings, on-site search analysis)
    • Help analyze product performance metrics to identify friction points and opportunities for testing
    • Monitor test results and contribute to insights reporting
    • Support the creation and QA of landing pages designed for conversion
Scope of work:
  • Ensuring accurate and timely setup of products, variants, pricing, and assets in Shopify Plus
  • Regularly auditing product and collection pages for visual and functional consistency
  • Collaborating on homepage and landing page updates in support of product launches and campaigns

  • Assisting in the analysis of customer behavior using tools such as Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics
  • Supporting testing efforts by preparing assets, tracking results, and helping document insights
  • Partnering cross-functionally with merchandising, creative, and development teams to ensure digital content aligns with brand standards and business goals
Required skills/abilities:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in eCommerce, Marketing, Merchandising, or related field
  • Familiarity with Shopify or Shopify Plus (previous hands-on experience a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and a luxury-level eye for aesthetics
  • Basic understanding of eCommerce KPIs and customer journeys
  • Comfort with data tools such as Google Analytics or Hotjar (a plus)
  • Proactive attitude, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced digital environment
Physical requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to hear, listen, and to effectively communicate.
  • In the office at Dallas location required up to 50% of the time.
