Job Summary

The Hybrid Multimedia Content Producer (video first) can concept, shoot, and edit high-quality visual content from start to finish. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to create content that looks sharp, sounds right, and captures attention. Video is the primary focus, with photography as a strong secondary skill and occasional support in graphic design.

Essential Functions:

  • After effects
  • Assist videographer in video production
  • Assist videographer in editing and posts
  • Assist photographer with product photography and edits
  • Plan, shoot, and edit video content for campaigns, social, and digital platforms
  • Capture footage in both studio and on location/event environments
  • Shoot and edit product photography and creative photography
  • Execute proper lighting setups and capture clean, professional audio
  • Handle sound design and audio mixing for video content
  • Collaborate on creative concepts and bring ideas to life efficiently
  • Occasionally assist with light graphic design tasks

Perform additional duties as assigned by direct supervisor.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and /or ability required.

Knowledge, Skills, & Capabilities

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Lightroom, and Adobe Photoshop
  • Experience shooting on Sony and Nikon, with the ability to adapt to different gear setups including iPhone
  • Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and audio capture
  • Ability to edit compelling, attention-grabbing video content
  • Comfortable working in both controlled studio settings and fast-paced live environments
  • Self-sufficient and able to execute without heavy oversight
  • Portfolio demonstrating real, finished work across video and photography
  • Experience with DaVinci Resolve
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign
  • Strong instincts for pacing, storytelling, and visual composition
  • Experience with sound design beyond basic audio cleanup
  • Creative writing skills for scripting, captions, or concept development

Physical Requirements:

  • Largely a sedentary role, however, routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, fax machines, and printers.
  • Occasionally lifting, moving, or carrying product or equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Sharp vision required.

Work Environment:

  • This is primarily an on-site studio position; however, occasional travel is required.
  • Professional office environment.
  • Occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles due to necessary communication with warehouse personnel.
  • Occasionally exposed to noise level that is moderate to high.

Education:

Bachelorโ€™s degree in a related field or equivalent hands-on experience

Experience:

At least 1 yearโ€™s experience, related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
