We are looking for a full-time Customer Support Specialist at Trophy Club Consulting, LLC. This role will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, retention, client check-ins, and appointment scheduling. We provide consulting services to insurance agencies nationwide and are looking to expand our growing team!


Qualifications


  • Experience in customer service roles
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients via phone and video platforms
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Customer-centric approach and problem-solving skills
  • Setting Appointments, Appointment Scheduling, and Lead Generation skills
  • Experience in the insurance or consulting industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
