Job description

Customer Support Specialist

21st Century Dental Laboratory is seeking two full-time Customer Support Specialists to join our growing team.

If you enjoy helping customers, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced office environment, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound phone calls from dental offices in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide updates on case status, due dates, and shipping information.
  • Schedule and coordinate case pickups.
  • Answer general questions from doctors and office staff.
  • Route calls to the appropriate department when needed.
  • Document customer interactions accurately.
  • Follow up on open requests to ensure timely resolution.
  • Work closely with our production, shipping, digital, and accounts receivable teams to provide accurate information.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Positive, professional, and patient attitude.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software.
  • Customer service experience required; dental or healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
