Overview

Are you an experienced, energetic, and innovative Security Portfolio Manager with a proven record of success managing guard forces at multiple sites? Then we want to talk to you! The ideal candidate is energetic, detailed oriented, possesses excellent customer service and employee relations skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is able to manage their business unit efficiently and profitably. This position manages accounts in D.C., Montgomery County, MD, and Alexandria, VA.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary management liaison between Admiral Security Services and clients.
  • Ensure contract deliverables are met.
  • Manage and monitor training programs.
  • Resolve client and employee issues in a timely, effective, and professional manner.
  • Cultivate and strengthen our partnership with the client.
  • Work closely with site supervisors to ensure all reports and assignments are completed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage operations profitably.
  • Set performance goals for Supervisors and officers.
  • Strategic schedule management.
  • Ensure a high level of employee engagement.
  • Mentor and motivate employees toward promotion opportunities.
  • Oversee and implement safety programs and take the necessary steps to reduce or eliminate workplace injuries.
  • Manage payroll process for accounts.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years' experience managing contract guard force operations at multiple buildings preferred. Experience in the armed forces may also be considered.
  • Must be at least 21 yrs. old
  • Must possess a high school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's licenses
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft bundle of programs with an emphasis on Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Effective time management skills
  • Must have attended and successfully completed Admiral leadership training modules
  • Must possess exceptional customer service skills
  • Must be detailed oriented and able to identify discrepancies quickly
  • Must have flexibility. On call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
