As the Training Program Leader, you will drive strategic alignment, governance, and best practices across multiple sites, ensuring our training systems scale with rapid organizational growth. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Define and implement training strategies aligned with HUB and product line objectives.

  • Ensure governance and compliance with training standards across all sites.

  • Audit site training systems to assess maturity and identify improvements.

  • Coach and mentor site training leaders to build capability and resilience.

  • Collaborate with HUB managers and stakeholders for operational alignment.

  • Drive continuous improvement using lean principles and ITM tools.
