• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans and therapy strategies.
• Deliver group and individual therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive treatment and support for clients.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, protecting client confidentiality and care integrity.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including attending workshops, to stay updated on the latest mental health research and practices.

Your role will focus on serving a diverse clientele, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and family-related issues. You will provide therapy for various demographics, ensuring culturally sensitive and personalized care that meets the unique needs of each client.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.
• At least two years of clinical counseling experience is required, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and trust with a diverse client base.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical considerations within the field of mental health.
• Proficient in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and other relevant technology to enhance efficiency and client care.

• Experience in specialized areas such as family therapy, trauma recovery, or substance misuse counseling is highly desired.
• A proven ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team to achieve optimal client outcomes.

The salary range for this position is USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, dependent on experience and client caseload. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive comprehensive benefits that include:
