Our well-established manufacturing and services client is seeking an experienced Controller to lead its accounting and financial operations. This is a hands-on leadership role suited for a strategic, detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with executive leadership to drive operational and financial success.

The Controller plays a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, strengthening internal controls, and providing insight that supports long-term business growth.


Key Responsibilities of the Controller:

Financial Leadership & Reporting

  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable financial regulations

Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis

  • Lead the annual budgeting process and develop ongoing financial forecasts
  • Partner with department leaders to manage budgets and improve financial performance
  • Support strategic planning through financial modeling and scenario analysis

Cost Accounting & Operations Support

  • Oversee job costing, inventory valuation, and production cost analysis

Qualifications for the role of Controller:
