About the Company:
Our client is a family-owned, locally based property restoration and reconstruction company serving the West Michigan area. They help homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, and storm damage — offering 24/7 emergency response, remediation, and full reconstruction services from first call to final walkthrough. They take pride in treating every property like their own, and they're growing their reconstruction/rebuild division, which is where this role comes in.

Key Qualifications & Preferences
- License: A General Contractor (GC) license is a strong plus, though not strictly required.

- Equipment: Company vehicle and company tools provided, with flexibility to use personal preferred tool brands.
- Benefits: Health/dental/vision coverage, PTO, paid holidays
