Compensation
At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members, and we are committed to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $154,968 - $205,332.60. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&C's annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria.
Join Our Team as a Senior Manager - Contract Manufacturing!
The Senior Manager - Global Sourcing -Contract Manufacturing (CM) leads the transformation of the commercial and sourcing model for contract manufacturing within the S&C business. this role is accountable for simplifying a highly component-intensive sourcing environment and establishing a scalable, risk-balanced model that supply continuity, and commercial accountability.
This role provides commercial leadership for global contract manufacturers supporting electronic board assemblies (PCBAs) and electronic components, including circuit transformers, batteries, and related sub-systems. Success will reduce complexity, mitigate supply and financial risk, clarify material ownership, and establish a sustainable long-term contract manufacturing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute the contract manufacturing strategy by designing and implementing scalable commercial frameworks, pricing models, and liability structures that balance, risk, and continuity of supply.
  • Roadmap the transformation of the business model, identifying risks and cross functional priorities to support the strategy
  • Transform the operating model while winding down ~$20M of component inventory, proactively mitigating supply, financial, and obsolescence risk
  • Influence adoption of new ways of working across multiple global stakeholders.
  • Lead the design and execution of a new commercial and sourcing business model for contract manufacturing.
  • Own commercial governance and performance management of global contract manufacturers.
  • Drive sourcing and commercial strategies for PCBAs and key electronic component categories.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Planning, Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Finance to align supply, cost, and risk objectives and enable faster, better decision-making
  • Lead initiatives to reduce component complexity, excess and obsolete inventory, and unclear material ownership.
  • Mentor and develop sourcing, planning, and analytics resources supporting CM sourcing.
  • Build team capabilities through coaching, structured training, and performance feedback mechanisms.

Education & Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in PCBA and Electronic Components in global sourcing, contract manufacturing supply chain, or electronics supply chain roles
  • Demonstrated experience leading commercial or operating model transformations.
  • Deep understanding of electronic components, PCBAs, and global contract manufacturing models.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and supplier management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change in complex, high-risk supply environments.
  • Highly collaborative, demonstrated ability to build trust, strong cross-functional leadership and aligns diverse stakeholder influence skills.
  • Data-driven decision maker focused on simplification and risk reduction, and sustainable results.
  • People-centered manager who coaches, mentors, and develops high-performing, engaged teams

Preferred
  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Experience managing complex electronic component portfolios and PCBA supply chains in global environment
  • Experience managing long-lead, constrained, or regulated electronic components.
  • Prior responsibility for inventory liability, E&O reduction, or lifecycle management program
